No proper pantry, No proper parking, No proper management, harassment to female employees, i don't know why they hire if they don't want female employee in the company, you can survive as long as they need you, when you work is don't they either ask you to leave or just torture you to the core that you only to resign, when you are asked for maternity leave then start torturing become its punishable to throw out. Too bad micromanagement no body survives here more than 2 or 3 months or max 1 year, only people who survive are the people who are sitting here for 10 12 year thinking this is there dad's company. the people working here have made the environment worst, They don't care about the employees they don't have a proper AC employee will die but they will not care at all. The condition in the company there makes me think that greytip will not survive for more than 1 or 2 years. Nothing is going to change here, The HR is busy with is affair with his own subordinate that he does not have time to listen your appeal. They deduct your salary for nothing and then give lame reasons. Nothing to like . Worst culture for Employees. The whole company is hijacked by 1-2 guys. Founder don't know what's happening inside the organization. They can fire any one anytime without notice . Mr Anjum (CTO of the company ) is a gem of a person . A lot to learn from him .
Many things like 1) the sterio mindset of the old senior officers . 2) The transparency of the process and work progress on the project. 3) There are many loop holes and major controls are been hold by old managers which need to be removed and the work should be done in a neutral platform with proper valid logs. 4) The Hr team isalso biased especially Nagraj . 5) Still the taking ideas from juniors and making the ideas of managers are the tradition followed here . 6) Hr team sends many anonymous feedback links but when employee tries to submit it the link mostly don't work , This kind of small midset work need to be stopped....Read More

Company is in big trouble, not sure if it will survive. 100+ employees already left in last 6 months. A lot changed in a year. Now its people driven company insted processs and seniors are making life hell of their subbordinates and HR department is in support to them. Serious isssues of POSH, toxic work culture, no job security, mental tourture. First they ask to do fake billing based on PO, and then they followup on advance payment on daily basis. If your manager don't like you he will put so much pressure and you will put your resignation. I have even heared they have asked people to leave immidiately who where in notice period so they can save some money....Read More
