Likes

Sitting in the office for 12 hours daily and doing nothing other than the job. Killing mindset so that we only spend our lives working for the company from 9am to 7 pm with alternate Saturday off.

Dislikes

Company should improve their work life balance quality every individual in the company talks about it even the Hr department isn't happy with this.

Team is good, everyone is helpful. Hikes are good.

Dislikes

Bandwidth is always short so work life balance is really messed up. Not much job security. Odd Saturdays are half working like literally what is this. Less work from home i.e. 7 per quarter.
