there is no work culture here. the manager in the company has no idea about productivity of the company from the beginning, and doesn't know how to handle the teams', So he puts pressure on people to the work making work day and night(meaning working until 2 am and going to the office in the morning).Moreover, the seniors in the team don't know much , they all work carelessly. the people in this company don't know how to behave, mostly people in the development and Qa team are quite useless. The Manger threaten by saying. I won't provide your reliving letter and also mention, I'll give worst review. he tells this to many people, and due to this fear many individual cannot leave , especially junior employee who face excessive pressure. After joining the company, there has been a delay in providing the salary for last 5 month. we used to receive the salary 2 or 3 month later.
