Companies like this who think employees as liabilities will never grow above certain growth. In india such companies are know as Laala companies which will seat in the same place for years and keep thinking where I am going wrong rather hiring good people and get quality work. Instead they will stick to hiring unexperienced people and keep pushing burden on them

Good for those who want to pursue career in solar industry They give additional 2 leaves apart from sunday after 3 months based on performance but you also have to fight for that

terrible timinigs no proper training no good salary (salary like a stipend) a fresher should go to jail instead of joining this company no salary increament too much politics they can call you to work on sunday also

Starting with the value of your degree. Education doesn't matter in this company. If you hold a degree you get the same salary as a diploma holder. There's nothing difference if you have completed degree. Its a copy paste job. Terrible work load. The working hours can stretch from 9 hours to 12,14 hours. No extra pay for overtime.
