1) Work Culture very much toxic 2) Less salary 3) If you want to find worst TL come to great learning 4) Undesirable targets 5) Zero efforts in providing training and then they want to be the best employers 6) Clearly they have no knowledge how to manage there workforce 7) If you want have ahappy life stay away from this place many more jobs available wait for few more weeks but get something better 8) They still think they are working in the Covid period and edtech product are still in very much demand</mark>. Work culture is good and as most of the people are young, so it is easier to talk to them and timings are flexible as well. Leas work load as well.

Dislikes

There is extremely less opportunity of growth and learning. Company is still a startup so job security is also not that great. Different teams keep on closing up which makes employees to either quit or join some different team.

One of the reasons of joining was the vision. People were open to suggestions and would help you out. The satisfaction of helping someone in their career and helping them achieve their goals was the biggest motivation. A lot of exposure and learning along the way.

Dislikes

There are a few people in the organisation who are very toxic. But the sad part is when these concerns are highlighted people simply ignore them, even the leadership. The founders talk a lot about being people centric but that doesn’t mean anything when you don’t know how people in your organisation actually feel about it.
