Sales Operations Associate

Objectives of the role

• Managing work flow between sales and operations
• Learner engagement from time to time for updates and document collection
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and enhance the process flow
• Conversion of lead to application with document submission
• Learner Rapport on call and other channels
• Marking Document Verification basis UGC guidelines and university criteria

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of Learner enrollment within SLA
• Manage Learner Escalations
• Update clients through Email, phone , tickets and other channels
• Close tickets within SLA
• Taking zoom connect sessions with learners on guidance with application process
• Creating reports on Document submissions
• Drive maximum submission rate for lead conversion
• Maintain Student interaction on multiple channels
• Handling student escalation over call/Email or any other platform
• Knowledge on Document eligibility basis different state boards
• Knowledge of educational websites and UGC guidelines
• Knowledge of bogus/invalid documents

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Working knowledge of Excel , Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Escalation handling
• Reaching out to enrolled students upfront
