We are looking for a creative individual to handle customer escalations on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will manage sensitive issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience through timely and professional responses.
Location - Noida, Sector - 62.
Experience - Min 1 Year & Max 2 Years experience in customer service, should have handled social Media Escalations on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram current or previous.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling customers queries on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Handling customers escalations/grievances.
- Handling social media escalations on social media platforms.
- Providing resolution to the customers.
Remuneration - 28K CTC + PLI Twice a year + + Night shift allowances to males + no night shift for females + Medical Health Insurance
Knowledge & Skill:
Pre-requisite: Proficiency in business writing skills.
