From the moment I stepped into the company, it was evident that they had no structured onboarding process. Communication within Graynwhite is chaotic and ineffective. it's like working in a black hole where important information gets lost. Lack of Job Security. There have been multiple instances where entire teams were abruptly restructured and terminated, seemingly driven by fluctuations in managements decisions. Additionally, Management & HR has frequently altered policies to suit their convenience, and despite request for clarification, we have not received adequate explanations for these changes by management.
