...d on the same day. Why? Because they asked us to leave a review for the company. Almost everything is bad, except for the punctual salary if you are still working, but many people got fired. Those who were not fired left the company, because of toxic work culture.

From the moment I stepped into the company, it was evident that they had no structured onboarding process. Communication within Graynwhite is chaotic and ineffective. it's like working in a black hole where important information gets lost. The CEO of Grayn seemed to think that she knew everything. she is overbearing, unpredictable, and lacks communication skills. Her constant mood swings made it impossible to work effectively, and her ever- changing demands created a chaotic environment. I left the company due to her poor leadership, which hindered productivity and morale.

Lack of Job Security. There have been multiple instances where entire teams were abruptly restructured and terminated, seemingly driven by fluctuations in managements decisions. Additionally, Management & HR has frequently altered policies to suit their convenience, and despite request for clarification, we have not received adequate explanations for these changes by management.

Graynwhite's policies are great when it comes to finding deserving employees - like a mini BCG. Team support, CEO's support everything makes our work smooth and worthwhile. People who have a laid-back attitude will find it difficult to work with this team.
