GRATIS is a public entity and the job security is assured. Also a place where as management staff you have to play multi role. I actually learnt how to supervise about five subordinates (Technicians), ten trainees and Service personnels to accomplished different tasks in order to meet deadline. disciplane on the job is someting that can not be compromised.

Dislikes

there is no opportunity for staff to develop their career, technicians (subordinates) who are not willing to learn any new thing so as to move toward in life. inadequate motivation from the top. and finally there is so much politics with regards to promotion.

Irrespective of all the dislikes I am also hardworking becauce of my ability to adapt quickly in different environment. Multi functional and self motivated on the job no matter what.
