Culture was good but is now ungoing change for the worse drastically in the past 3-4 years.

Dislikes

Lack of career prospects. You can grow only if you are in statutory audit or public sector.

It's a place for people seeking work life balance. Good IT support.

Dislikes

Worst part is politics at senior level. They try to divide and rule. There is no clarity on goals and communication in their definition is one way. Quality of deliverable is their priority only till the time you do it in your personal time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
