The team members are quite approachable and overall culture is good. People are treated with respect.

Dislikes

Skill development is restricted, esp, in tax profile. Less number of annual leaves as compared to other accounting firms.

Work Details

I am a part of Direct tax team and I handle Direct tax compliances, advisory, tax diligence and structuring. While the work life balnce is quite well, I feel that the technical development is quite slow in GT.
