They create a lot of learning space and I must say GP played a major role in my career where I’ve learned many things and improved my technical knowledge. The workplace is great and the people around you matters. But when it comes to GP you have happy life. Who work in GP there are lucky ones. You get the best balance of work and personal life.

I was IT Global Operations Team Lead. I have a very good experience with GP. Even top companies don't give importance for there employees but GP does....respects its employees to the core
