Not too much pressure was there, daily a lot of things we used to learn. students were eagerly wants to learn something new and deep study of a topic as well as they used to ask a lot of questions,which somehow increased our teaching interest and knowledge.

Dislikes

Environment was not so good. if students complaint of anything especially teachers due to not getting the teacher's knowledge as may be way of teaching,than there is no sudden action taken by the principal or the head over there. little bit lacking in practical knowledge due to not full lab facilities.for extension lecturer salary is little bit low according to their work load.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
