Here, Management is Really good with Employees, They Provides you Soft Skill training to improve your Skills, Recently I attended One Online Session Called "Win-Win-Win", It's very Interesting. I see Management People used to mix with employees like friends I don't know how someone written bad Comments about Management. Those are 100% False Statements, They might be Someone who fired from Company with Co-Employees Complaints. Management takes good care on Employees, If they get any complaints about harassments or anything, They will enquire the issue and for sure they will take action on that.
