you will get to learn something new over here, the service which they provide is so terible, if get any chance to get a job in here just skip it and try to work somewhere else, u will regret if u joined here, also u have to work for sat sundays for no reason u will be sitting idle for during weekends.

Get to interact with clients and learn a lot about the mortgage process.

Dislikes

Too many people are filled with ego, and too much politics, and the CEO is so disconnected from the lower-level employees and wonders why people are leaving the company. Terminating is just a side hobby of our VP. Just find a different job don't join here. You cannot even take breaks as per your needs, and IT department is a joke.... the list goes on but you get the point.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
