A few weeks ago, I started at Godrej Infotech as a Senior Executive, fresh out of college. We began with sessions from senior management that provided valuable insights into the company's history and personal growth opportunities. We then had both technical training with an external instructor and business understanding sessions which offered extensive business knowledge. Throughout the onboarding process, the management was supportive and helped understand the company culture. The huge campus impressed me with its large biodiversity and greenery. Besides work, there are amenities like clubhouse, canteens and breakrooms for relaxation and health. There are various employee engagement events throughout the year.
