In Network And network security domain, Man management is not good. It's like everybody is doing " one man show " kind of job. Although it's good for technical perspective but at times feels like there should've been more people working along with ourself. Work life balance is not good, Although official hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm but AVP keeps meetings at 6.30 pm and we haven't had a choice to join the meeting and answer his tedious questions.
