It's one of the best companies I have worked for in my career, people are very helping, management is caring and compassionate. They value your efforts more than the results as you have a licence to fail.

Dislikes

Career path is slow, people can't take tough decisions easily, old management style operates and perceptions are valued more than the reality.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
