Even working on sundays and government holidays no family life 365 days working Secondary manufacturing department which are the main operation unit. No proper pay scales even benefits are also not given properly who work on holidays and sundays too much work pressure is there less man power new joine dont continue here more than few months due to work pressure. Even leaves have to be adjusted according to the situations. Promotions and increment are not given on basis of individual performance. Management is worse of navi mumbai rabale unit they create alot of pressure on shop floors rather than finding way to tackle it....Read More
