I joined in January 2020 and lockdown is imposed due to pandemic in March 2020. After that, company restarted working from month of August but they didn't call me to rejoin and continue my work till now. One year completed from the date of lockdown but still they didn't call me to rejoin. I got very bad response from Managers and HR also regarding this issue.
