Good work environment and culture, Team members are supportive and management is good, company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.

Really bad Manager and Ofc . Some senior are like bad and greedy . They do wrong work from employees forcefully. According to me The company should listen well to the employee. not depend only ofc or manager matter, because it will happen really ,But if it doesn't, then the treacherous company of the manager and OFC will never be known and the company will go into loss. Mostly costly and fabulous item are thepth by ofc and distribution with manager. And as similar manager also doing such things .
