Nothing one of the worst company in my carrier.
1. To much invoment of CEO in very small matters..
2. No job security they will lay off you within 1 day. Offical notice period is 90 days but they can fire the employee in 1 day by saying performance issues. They have done this with more then 100 employees..
3. Aprasial cycle is from April to March but you will get the salary and arriars in December 7-8 months late. So technically apraisals are once in 2 years and hardly 1-2%
4. They will add variable pay in your salary but they never pay any one the bonus component.
5. No updation of skills.
6. They will may your life miserable once you resign.
7. Bad reviews are given during background verification once the employee leaves the company. Many ex employee have filed cases against the company.
8. No policies. Policies changes on case to case basis for each employee depending on the scenario.
9. All policies are employer oriented.
10. Beware and be far from this company.

1. *Leadership*: In my opinion, the CEO may benefit from additional leadership training or experience. Their involvement in minor details, such as timesheet management, may indicate a lack of trust in their team.
2. *Management Structure*: The HR manager and finance team appear to be heavily influenced by the CEO, which may hinder their ability to make independent decisions.
3. *Sales Leadership*: The Sales VP's behavior has been perceived as arrogant, which may negatively impact team morale and collaboration.
HR and Administrative Issues
1. *Appraisal Cycle*: The appraisal process seems to be delayed, with salary hikes provided only after 1-2 years. This may lead to employee dissatisfaction and turnover.
2. *Performance Bonuses*: The variable pay system appears to be inconsistent, with bonuses rarely awarded.
3. *Employee Turnover*: High turnover rates (30-40 employees per year) may indicate underlying issues with company culture or management.
Work Environment
1. *Office Ambiance*: The office environment is outdated and uninviting.
2. *Team Building Activities*: Mandatory team-building exercises may be perceived as unproductive and forced.
3. *Communication*: The requirement for cameras to be on during calls may be seen as intrusive.

1. Does not get increament though work for 3 yrs with good performance and enthusiasm
2. Need to work 10-12 hrs
3. Project lead put pressure for completion of 3-4 days of work to be done in 1 day
4. Not valued of employee performance
5. At the end, target completion credit goes to only at lead and managerial level ,they do not value hard working employee
