Gmr energy is an employee friendly organization. They has always given employees an opportunity to excel in their field and to explore in other field of interest as well. They encourage employees to come out with new ideas and reward n recognize them. They give full support n care about employees health n their family. Time to time traings are provided to learn n grow. Peers are supportive.

Dislikes

Politics which is in every organization and it should be taken in healthy spirit.

Work Details

Keeps me engaged as i mange both the floors. Organize events. Work on cafeteria operations with stalls kiosk street food etc. For employees.. Arrange and organize various celebrations

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
