1. I am completely satisfied with learning, job security, work, and personal life balance. 2. The work culture is great here and the environment is pretty much friendly and positive. 3. Great pay if you are talented, have received great client feedback, and are aslo closely connected with leadership.

1. As the process policies were changing frequently and it was difficult to adapt to new policies so often. 2. During the lockdown, work was more stressful and challenging. 3. Long working hours on the majority of projects.

Globussoft is the best place to work. Specially for the freshers because here they can easily maintain work life balance and the company provides great opportunities for learning and growth. It also provide health insurance benefits. The job security and work culture is also very good here.

The appraisal process is really slow. I would request the management to update the process.
