The Management is not good .They wont hear the concern of employee.HR says they knew everything by sitting in noida and who we are working in bangalore. Globtier will trust the complete words of their client only.You doesnt matter for them in anyway once you joined. Every month you should appeal for your proper in hand salary because thats how the company treats you.
