I really enjoyed the work as I got a good team with a great team leader. He sometimes was rude but he helps a lot. I also liked the pay culture of the company as every month I get the salary on time and also the benefits also I get.

Dislikes

I really don't like the management's behavior and also the rules of them and also the part of the promotion. As I noticed that management will give promotions only that candidates who oils them. And also they are not able to give the leave when you require. That's all .

If you have supportive Team leaders like I had in my working time period you will get great support or else hr are very strict with companies policys

Nothing company is paying you on time that's more then enough.

There is no increment in salary as i am working on this from 2 years almost. But there is no increment, nd there is no job security, its totally depends on your work performance....

There are some employees who are very helpful.

Dislikes

They show you the best working environment in 1st 2-3 month, than they will show you that you are not employee you are working as a slave. They give you the shift that you are not human but machine. 1 week they gave you night shift like (10 PM to 7 AM) and other week they give you (7 AM to 4PM). Dude than why you are giving the one day off.
