The management in GLOBIVA is much worse than you can expect. The company will never give you a hike in your salary. Stack ranking score calculation is more worst. When you give feedback about the management rather than helping an employee and then go ahead and complain to the leader there is no word called "CONFIDENTIAL" to the GLOBIVA management. from the employee the feedback is just taken and never improved. They never give week off. Made us to work on week off days...Read More
