The only benefit provided by the company is WFH.

The management of the company is very poor, no coordination among the top and lower management. No Promotion and Appraisal. I worked almost 3 years and there was not a single penny increment in my salary. I was working as Healthcare Recruiter and the company Capleo Global (Global Pharma Tek is for IT & Capleo is the part of GPT, forhealthcare) got shutdown with immediate effect with no prior information. Same day it got shutdown and we became jobless. The only benefit they are giving is WFH....Read More

This is the worst place to work. There is no value for employees, no work culture, micro-management, and no appraisal after doing so much hard work. They don't even appreciate us.
