Too much politics and rude peoples are there. Manager behaviour isn't good. Gajanan dolas person is there he is very rude person and threaten to employee he is manipulating the employee. Because of him company culture is so bad

I learned knowledge about pharmaceuticals machines and Pharmaceutical documentation monthly. I learned Commvault server and dhruva server. In this company i learned backup server information.

Dislikes

I appointed as desktop support Engineer at Taloja location. But after 4 months they send me to the Andheri location so thats why I take resign.. IT Managers expectations is very High IT Managers want desktop support Engineer know everything about server network. Management is very bad.

There's no work life balance you have to work 12 hrs shift for 2 days every week and rest in 8 hrs, if you are experienced individual joining from another company they don't give u proper training in area they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.
