the values of GSK environment people skill development programs and mostly my fav canteen food hope I would get a chance to work with GSK Nashik furthermore and could trust in my work and skills to join the organization

Dislikes

the only one thing I wanna share is that I dislike is that diploma engineer students working in manufacturing areas of the company rather than B PHARM D PHARM students if you give us an opportunity to work we can also work as they are working in the organization

My HOD and managers gave lots of opportunities to learn trained as a skilled GSK provided me lots of knowledge and working ethics in any of the conditions my colleagues supported alot in working in manufacturing area with GDP and GMP

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
