Dislikes

Extremely laid back culture that thrives on procrastination and lack of RACI. Firefighting is BAU and hence not a good place for proactive or dedicated professionals . If you’re a CA then Governance role in FRMC is not apt - your job role is limited only to admin tasks - like cleaning years of legacy data ( due to high employee turnover and lack of oversight that led to data issues), maintaining Internet pages, and being constantly blamed for data discrepancies that existed years before you joined. I really like the culture of pushing everyone to take time off and self development. One can easily balance work and life. Appraisals are good.
