When should I ask them for a counter offer?
I have 2 offer letters, after the 1st company, the 2nd company offered better salary even without telling them that I have so and so offer in hand.
I want to negotiate with the 1st company for a better offer with a higher offer letter I have.
My joining is on 14th April, when should I discuss with HR on this?
Even if they consider giving me a counter offer, they might be hesitant that I might again come back with a better offer as the joining date is a little later, a month later.
I want to join the 1st company as seems better work culture that the other company offering higher salary.
