They Give freedom to work with, but at the same time if u highlight certain issue no one will support you.

All the policies are on paper , in real they don't follow anything and if you are whistleblower u are big threat to the Senior management, you will be held responsible for highlighting certain issues.

The strong attachment to the Values which all the employees live by and practicing it in their core business. The company provided lot many facilities to the employees, have strong focus on diversity and inclusion, lots of skill development program, employee friendly policies, long timers for whom GSK may b the first and last company many old generation people call it retirement company as well, GSK globally allows part time work as well to follow your passion, chances of international relocation ofcourse with your performance. There is lot of good for the company but the numbers don't talk that way neither the business performance. There is always supply chain issue with shortage of some product or not. Highly process driven company so much so that business, people can also be put at stake when it comes to process. The processes have made people closeted and not to look beyond the scope. Most of the dept works around the fear of audit hence stifling creativity and innovation. From market perspective the old pharma company which is continuously sliding in rank, no innovation except in Vaccines, wants to play against the tide of market but with no differentiating strategy. 100% internally driven talent making it you scratch my back I will yours culture. Since this is global company most of the initiatives are global driven and may or may not align with local country needs. This is true especially for global support functions whose work is merely coordination and facilitation. Leaders do try to keep the morale high of employee by bringing in changes or stuff but the hygiene factors remains the same thereby maintaining the status quo....Read More
