One aspect I appreciate about working at Glasier Inc. is the flexibility in our work hours. The company offers adjustable work schedules.

Dislikes

One of the challenges I encounter at Glasier Inc. is the presence of office politics among employees. It can create unnecessary tension and distractions from our work. Additionally, I've observed that the management could use improvement in their effectiveness. While the company offers flexible hours, there seems to be a perception issue when employees leave early, leading to assumptions about their performance. - work culture is too good - opportunity to learning new things - client communications and foreign projects - saas based project opportunity - supportive staff - best company policy like they are allow WFH, 2-4 Saturday playing some games for freshness, no pressure for work, flexible timing. - management is best.
