Fresher Work load is more. Company is not hiring more experience persons to handle big projects. For a fresher it's a good chance to work in the big projects but without experience person it's not easy to handle.

Excellent environment. New new technology adoption. For Fresher its best company to start their carrier. Wow.!!!!!

Dislikes

Less number of Senior Leads and Leads to handle projects. Software Development lead only managing all brojects. Which was like short in dark.
