Being a women myself, I am working here on a designed role and so can say that company places high regards and respects its women employees. I feel working here. I even don't mind working late hours, but never had to stay working that late post the standard shift. I enjoy coming to the office almost every day. People are cooperative, especially my teammates. Whenever we have team meetings, everyone is given a chance to share their thoughts and suggestions.

Recently I was allowed to take the lead on a significant project. I was a bit nervous but thanks to my leaders they allowed me to trust in me, motivated me, and guided me through projects. I did it and all went great. Also, I have had an opportunity to grow through mentoring sessions with my seniors they are very experienced.
