Work-life balance is the most happening thing in the workplace. I must highlight no unnecessary stress. Our routine responsibilities are managed in very structured way thanks to our management and TL. They are the ones who take care of it

What's good about the management is that they don't stress us and strongly believe in encouraging and empowering us with meaningful and practical guidance .That makes a lot of difference for us

We have a robust and employee-friendly leave policy here. Company offers us sick leave, earned leave, and more. There's also maternity leave available for married women, ensuring they can comfortably embrace motherhood and stay at home during that time.

Transportation facility is not given. It's the only con I see.

I have worked for the company for the past 4 years; I have always felt secure and valued in my role. From my personal experience, I would say, if you wish to stay working here for long, then know that performance is the sole criterion for progression. Hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded by the superiors.

We have a flat organizational structure which I believe is a big advantage for us as employees because our ideas hold weight, unlike in companies with many layers of management. I even don't mind working late hours, but never had to stay working that late post the standard shift. I enjoy coming to the office almost every day. People are cooperative, especially my teammates. Whenever we have team meetings, everyone is given a chance to share their thoughts and suggestions.

Recently I was allowed to take the lead on a significant project. I was a bit nervous but thanks to my leaders they allowed me to trust in me, motivated me, and guided me through projects. I did it and all went great. Also, I have had an opportunity to grow through mentoring sessions with my seniors they are very experienced.
