A notable thing is that we have a diverse sort of work culture. People working here are from different backgrounds so each one has something new to share their processes ideas knowledge about using the latest technologies and many other things

Work-life balance is the most happening thing in the workplace. I must highlight no unnecessary stress. Our routine responsibilities are managed in very structured way thanks to our management and TL. They are the ones who take care of it

Employees can earn raises and promotions based on their performance, evaluated through appraisals and their capacity to handle additional responsibilities. It's certainly a motivating factor.

No cons I found here. If you enjoy your job, and approach it with passion, it's a great place to be.

As an employee, I am covered under the group medi-claim policy. Health insurance facility is also on offer. This came in useful during my illness on couple of occassions
