Every employee expect that they are coming to work as a team but my reporting manager Mr. Rohit Sharma doesn’t not have that skill set which he can cope with us and work smoothly rather he always try to saying big words which he can’t do. He take advantages of their team and present their work to management on his name. He always plays cheap tricks with HR Garima without any company norms.
