The HR team (Kolkata) used to showing consistent inactivity and significant delays in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues. Their approach is far from employee-friendly, leaving many of employees feeling unsupported and frustrated. Furthermore, a few HR personnel in kolkata are often occupied with other things instead of focusing on their responsibilities, which severely impacts productivity and workplace morale. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
