It's a product based organisation based on retail domain. So that work complexity is less and it gives time to explore new things for yourself.

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisal process is very poor and dissatisfactory. Upper level management decisions are not stable and some work policy are not correct. Desk employees are forced to travel outside at client place.

1. Poor management who only listen to a particular group in company. 2. Poor reporting manager who only knows how to take credit of anything. 3. Zero appreciation for your work. 4. Unwanted salary cut and without any reason. 5. Owner driven company and not a management driven company. 6. HR has nothing to do with employees. After recruitment they dont event bother if you exist.

I've had a great experience working here, and truly appreciate the opportunities I've had to lead impactful projects. If I had to point out one area, I'd say I thrive in environment where I can work on large-scale ERP implementation, which aligns more with my-long term goals. While my current role has been fulfilling, I'm looking for a position that offers more exposure to such projects and new challenges.
