My humble request if you are from poor family and want to stepup your carrier in US med billing don't consider this company. Even if you have more than 6 years of experience and put your hardwork sincerity you will not get support from management to stepup your carrier. Third class politics in promotions.

Dislikes

For promotions managers should focus on the employees hardwork, domain knowledge,experience how they are behave with their co workers. But some managers promoting the people's whoever adjusting for their personal wishes and needs. If employees are facing this issue in carrier they will loss their hope on society and don't believe on coporate employment rules.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
