Process is really good, so our team members.

Dislikes

Management thought process. Directors can make changes in policy at any point of time in their own condition. Most irritating part is false commitment. If someone deserve something, manament will never come to say that, they push to manager to do some commitment which will never implement. From 2-3 years people are supporing as QC, Lead many more without designation.

Work Details

Client and process is really good but the management is just opposite. They less bother about quality, only focus in quantity. One king maintaining his own kingdom on his own condition. Company policy is really good but polices are just for show off.
