Review: A Deep Dive into Global Exploitation of Talent (GET) If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Global Exploitation of Talent (GET) has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company's name should be a red flag—GET indeed stands for "Global Exploitation of Talent," and they deliver on that promise with an unsettling efficiency. Work Culture: The work environment is toxic beyond belief. Expect unpaid labor during weekends, holidays, and even during your off-duty hours. It's not just inconvenient; it's a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Compensation: Timely payment is a foreign concept here. Salaries are consistently delayed, and promises of pay raises and bonuses are just that—promises, never fulfilled. Management: The management practices are a modern-day form of corporate slavery. Any attempt to address these issues or raise concerns is met with hostility, and you'll find yourself out of a job if you dare to speak up.
