I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

First I think team of gaas is good support for me and job security is maybe dengerous.career growth is very helpful bcz new different work and project so basically career is bright but salary is low bcz company is small and travel going out might happen.There is so much to learn and work environment is good but innovation is nowhere to be seen and work-life balance is maybe savings.
