I don't like anything.

Dislikes

Cheap HR and managers behaviour is so rude. Management will blackmail employees if you want to quit the job. In my case I am into a new project and I didn't understand what the work I have to do and I am not meeting the Targets which is very high. Because of this reason manager and HR targeted me and forced me to put down my papers because they said if I won't perform they will not give me my 4 experience letter and no payslips....Read More

There is no job security it's zero. Work culture it is like doing some data entry copy paste job. Management is so worst especially the lady HR in Hyderabad and she has zero knowledge.

Dislikes

My manager he is worst in the world,he has zero knowledge he don't know how to complete o manage his team. He is the main reason that all the projects are moving out of gep and i don't know why HR is there in this company HR doesn't look in to employees problems she will fire the employee if she is unable to solve the issue of an employee.
