Teammates are good. They are very supportive. Here anyone can survive only just because of teammates but yes for a timing because last decision is of directors only.

Dislikes

There is no growth in terms of monetary and other employee facilities. Company directors are very rude and they don't have any respect for there employees. They treat their employees like a servant. No appreciation, no salary growth, no health insurance, no team outing. Not worth to join this company. Company will not provide any training to new employee they have to learn by themselves. There is no middle management, only directors have rights to take decisions of employees, even rights of taking decisions of pantry, drivers....Read More

Work profile is good. Company is good but only from learning point of view, employee can learn new things. This company is good for freshers only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
