Worst school I have ever worked in, toxic work culture effects your health as well…. School is very good but superlative degree is high so they call them outstanding….. and yes innovative school when it comes to leaking the paper before exam that too by a teacher….. this was heartbreaking and unacceptable for a honest co worker but sad that leaders were ok with it…… the aura of a leader wasn’t there….. just a dictatorship…. And if a employee keeps his or her opinion then he/she will be in hit list of the leaders….. insecure leaders no growth for honest people...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
