Likes

Initial Learning curve is good, especially for freshers. Management is mostly friendly, reachable and understanding. Flexible working hours if in development role.

Dislikes

Only one major client for DevOps project. In some teams development team is doing support work mostly. It works for some folks, but not for others. Learning curve flattens out quickly, and only functional/business knowledge increases with time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
